NDIS Guidelines
All of our costs are based upon the most recent NDIS Price Guide which sets an hourly rate of $193.99 per hour for therapy sessions, travel and report writing.
Please note: All prices are inclusive of GST.
Individual Music Therapy Sessions
Travel
An extra 10-30 minutes of travel time will also be included for each music therapy visit, depending upon the location of the session. We seek to be as fair and reasonable as possible with travel charges.*
Report Writing
‘Plan Reassessment Reports’, which are typically required by the NDIS for your child’s annual funding review, will take between 1 - 2 hours to complete. Reports are charged at the rate of $193.99 per hour.
*Although the NDIS Guidelines enable practitioners to also charge for kilometres travelled, ‘Build It Up Music Therapy’ will only invoice for travel time.
Music Therapy Group Program in
Preschool Centres & Primary Schools
Preschoolers (Babies, Toddlers & Kindergarteners) / Lower Primary School Students (Prep-Grade 2)
To be cost efficient, Josh is more than happy to facilitate multiple back-to-back group sessions during the space of his visit and split his time across several groups/classes/rooms.
Sessions are typically offered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

Workshops & Presentations
Professional Development Workshops, Conference Presentations & Seminars:
The cost of Josh speaking at your event or education setting is dependent upon a range of factors, including location, audience size and duration of the presentation.
